Rising to the Challenge: A Standout Q2
Team,
Q2 was a pivotal quarter for sustaining our Q1 momentum and positioning the team to achieve—and potentially exceed—our budget. After a challenging July, the team responded with focus and determination, delivering an impressive comeback that brought both the quarter and the first half in line with plan. August and September were exceptional months, highlighted by several competitive replacements and our first converted lead from the Sales Enablement program. Our partner businesses—Fortec, BSC, UMI, and Brainlab—also made strong contributions throughout the quarter. In addition, our two largest markets, Surgery and Urology, generated outstanding combined growth of nearly 13% compared with FY25.
Individual and regional performances were equally impressive. Jason Mindus leads the year-to-date results at nearly 169% to plan at the halfway point, while Rae Rivera delivered an exceptional Q2 at nearly 242% to plan. John Kelly’s West Zone also earned the top position for both the quarter and the first half, achieving nearly 105% and 114% to plan, respectively. Congratulations to everyone whose commitment, collaboration, and execution made these results possible.
