Service Team Delivers Record-Breaking First Half Performance
The first half of the year, and particularly the most recent quarter, showcased the strength, dedication, and execution of the Service organization. Through a combination of teamwork, customer focus, and relentless effort, the department achieved exceptional results across multiple areas of the business, continuing a trend of impressive growth and operational excellence.
Among the team's notable accomplishments:
- Service achieved exceptional year-over-year growth of 18.8%.
- Service revenue increased by an impressive $900K year over year.
- The second quarter closed at $2.986M, marking the highest quarterly Service revenue on record.
- Open Work Orders declined from 596 in May to 427 in September, a significant reduction of 28.4%.
- The team configured and shipped 40 systems in September.
- The team secured a $600K SMA contract with Baptist Medical.
While these metrics tell an impressive story, they represent only a portion of the extraordinary effort demonstrated by team members across the organization.
I am pleased to recognize several particularly noteworthy contributions that reflect our shared commitment, collaboration, and execution. Carolyn Houle worked late without hesitation to complete last-minute invoicing. Danielle McDonald and Leah Linderman prepared a record number of SMA proposals while also achieving record levels of Work Order quoting and closure. Ali Najjar began work at 6:00 a.m. throughout the week to ensure that all 40 systems were configured and shipped on schedule. Cruze Marin, Omar Al-Uqdah, and Ricky Atwood visited the home office to support the refurbishment of CPO systems. Chase Burkhart delivered an exceptional September, generating three times his average billable revenue and closing the month with $109K in billable revenue. Jim Moore, between his 50-mile runs, worked with Danielle and Taras Stelmashenko to close $600K in contracts for Baptist Medical. In addition, without naming names, seven territories are delivering outstanding year-to-date results and are within reach of the $1M mark—a significant achievement.
I would also like to extend special thanks to Mika Ban, Tom Oko, Tom Wolk, and Mr. Honda for their invaluable support. Service does not operate in isolation; the stronger our collaboration with the Sales team, the greater the impact we can achieve across the entire business unit. Congratulations to everyone on these exceptional accomplishments. Let’s continue building on this momentum.
